Description

Suffolk Prickles Hedgehog Rescue takes in over 200 sick, injured and orphaned hedgehogs per year. They offer high-quality care to the hedgehogs and work closely with a local veterinary practice, Penrose Veterinary group to do this.

The event started with an introduction to the Suffolk Prickles rescue and a 'meet' the hedgehogs. Do Good attendees got to get up close and personal with the hedgehogs, finding out all about their time at the rescue centre and how they are released back into the wild if they are well enough to do so.

We then got into creative mode to help put together their Christmas appeal where we were making Christmas stockings (hand sewing) for the hedgehogs, creating a list of items people can donate and putting together some advertising ideas to encourage people to give.
