In November we were back at Age UK Suffolk to help them prepare for their Christmas 'Pop-Up Chinwags'!
Chinwags are all about connecting older people who do not necessarily have many natural opportunities to meet people socially. Their Chinwags provide social inclusion, entertainment, friendship, support, advice and lots of fun through loosely-themed monthly meet-ups.
The December Pop-Up Chinwags are Christmas celebrations so even more fun than usual! There was plenty of preparation involved, including sorting the tombola prizes, folding raffle tickets, writing Christmas cards, wrapping Christmas presents and preparing festive hampers.
